My uncle bought this laptop( Acer Aspire 5000 of ) about 2years ago. at that time, the laptop worked very well. Then, he gave it for me. I also used it very about 4 months. But 1 moth ago, one time I scan virus by Spyware program which my uncle often used, then I click Fix all, the laptop was frozen and turn off. Fom that time, my laptop frequently turn off about 1 hour using it. And then, when I turn on again, I just used it about 10 minutes. I can not understand why? Please help me!!!!! What problem is happening with my laptop????
there is a problem in harddisk. i had a same problem 6 months ago
Corrupted System files causing it to turn off probably. I would take it to a Computer Fix it pro like Geek Squad for them to help you out more than Yahoo Answers can.
