What is the best program that will remove the Complexel Trojan Virus?
I have a good spyware program but if anyone knows the best one that would be great. It’s really slowing my computer down and some programs won’t even open. Thank you.

I highly recommend McAfee Stinger, which is free. It is the first app that our IT department goes to when viruses and trojans are suspected or detected. See link below.
Scan your computer with Spybot and Adaware.
No single program can detect and eradicate all spyware. It is best to use multiple programs, I recommend using Ad-aware and Spybot which are among the best (they are free). Other great free anti-spyware programs would be AVG Anti-spyware (formally Ewido) and Super Anti-spyware.
Webroot Spy Sweeper is the best, but it’s not free (see the Consumer Search source for reviews of the best anti-spyware programs).
Running these programs in Safe Mode (tap F8 after powering on the computer and choose to boot to Safe Mode) can be more effective.
Take the advice of the first answer. Also go to

http://siri.urz.free.fr/Fix/SmitfraudFix.zip
Extract all the files to your Destop.
A folder named SmitfraudFix will be created on your Desktop.
o Reboot your computer in Safe Mode (before the Windows icon appears, tap the F8 key continually)
o Double-click smitfraudfix.cmd
o Select 2 and hit Enter to delete infect files.
o You will be prompted: Do you want to clean the ‘Registry?’
answer Y (yes) and hit Enter in order to remove the Desktop background and clean registry keys associated with the infection.
o The tool will now check if wininet.dll is infected. You may be prompted to replace the infected file (if found):
Replace infected file ? answer Y (yes) and hit Enter to restore a clean file.
o A reboot may be needed to finish the cleaning process.
The report can be found at the root of the system drive, usually at C:\rapport.txt
