I’m looking for something that does all of these combined in to one. It would be nice if the software be able to put on at least two computer without having to buy separate discs.

Norton Internet Security would be your best choice
How about Kaspersky Internet Security?
I’m not sure if you can install it to all of your computers from just one disc.
there is actually no best, norton is worst bet it hogs up alot of ram and doesnt detect as many viruses as Kaspersky, i think thats the most defensive avtivirus program u can find, plus with spy sweeper or spyware doctor u can have a pretty good guarded pc

Norton has been there since the begining of the web and has not evolved properly. It was to check floppies and files as you were loading them: that was fine. Nowadays, WHATEVER you do, Norton checks your file. This means that, if you have a clean PC, off-line, every file you open will be scanned… for nought! Evfery site you visit will be scanned, even if these sites are known to be clean!
Let your windows firewall to work, visit "safe sites" (.ie no porn, no music, video etc downloads), and you will be safe.
Surf "safely", and you don’t need any of these AV guards that consume all your bandwidth and processing power!
AVG 8.0 by Grissoft is good and it’s free

For spyware, if you are using Windows XP, you can download Windows Defender. If you are running Vista, it is already on your PC.
