I have two processes called freddy77.exe and pp12.exe which are harming my computer. I swept my computer with McAfee and Spybot, and they have not been able to get them. Any suggestions?
Any info about these 2 processes would also be appreciated. My browser won’t allow me to access sites discussing them (so it seems).

Click on Process
Check the two programs
Click on the button "Stop Process and delete file"
This will stop these two processes and delete the exe files

hey u should google the name of the exe file.
I think freddy might be a bluetooth file
pp12 is a virus
Use Avira for antivirus
Use a-squared free edition, advanced system protector, spyware terminator, for spyware
yes all 3, only have 1 spyware running at a time, and turn off their realtime scanner because avira has one and theyll only confilct

I changed to Avast a few months ago, I have also got superantispyware and Malwarebytes. I recently changed to Comodo firewall which seems fine and I seem to boot up quicker. They are all free for personal use and I have had no trouble with Viruses Trojans Hackers etc. I also use Windows Defender from the Microsoft site. It is safe to use two anti-spy products but never use more than one A/V as it can cause conflicts. You should run A/V and anti spy weekly. Hope this helps
