I am sorry to tell you that I have no idea as we don’t have a Circuit City in the country I reside.
Here are three software programs, 2 antivirus take your choice. And one antispyware that will not conflict with your own antiviurs, and will remove viruses & spyware. I use this software with my own antivirus from Beijing, China.
Another free excellent program from Avira Germany free for home personal use.

Avast, free home for personal use: http://www.avast.com Avast will send you the free key good for one year then you must request a new key. Has an excellent background scanner that works in real time, plus on the hour auto. Updates.

Install with the one antivirus that you pick Superantispyware.
I use a free software, Superantispyware that is light years ahead of any other antispyware. Will find viruses, spyware without any conflict to your own antivirus. Finds what all other miss or unable to delete.
http://www.superantispyware.com Update and run an in depth scan. Being free, you must perform a manual update daily.

At Circuit city they have there own software/tool kit that only they can use. And the only way to access it is to use there IP address.
Oh and if yo want to remove the virus you SHOULD download SUPERAntiSpyware from http://www.download.com
That should help.
