I have a problem with my computer, there’s a file I found in the folder of MY DOCUMENTS, it’s "SPIDER.SAV". I think it’s a virus, coz i try to delete this, but after rebooting my system, it was still there, I have tried many Anti-Virus, but they didn’t detect it as a virus. can someone from the group knows how to remove this.
do you play spider solitaire if you do that’s what the file is it’s the save game file for spider don’t worry it’s not malicious or harmful
try a system restore to like a month ago, and if that doesn’t work download an anti-spyware program which will be better able to delete the program than anti-virus.
restart your computer in safe mode with n/w and then right click on the file and select scan for viruses.
Spider.sav is a saved game from Spider Solitaire. If you can’t delete the file, you can probably get rid of it by opening Spider Solitaire and going to Game > Open Last Saved Game. Either finish the game or quit.
