HELP!!!!
On my PC i have a virus
I used to have Norton but it just expired!
It wont let me renew because it wont let me go on the internet except one website
(the fake antivirus website) and all of a sudden it took me to viagra.com????
This box pops up saying that blahblah.exe is infected and stuff
the fake antivirus is called antivirus System Pro
and popups come in the right corner saying you have a virus do you want to buy some protection?
I wont click it because its the virus
How to renew my norton account?

Symantec antivirus corporate edition is the best in my opinion as I have been using it for about 2 years. I have one copy of my own and it is uploaded to web. I’d like to share it with you, Here is the link:

By the way, Don’t forget to update it after intllation, to get more protection against latest virus threats.
Download AVG 9.0. It’s really great and it helped me a lot against viruses plus it’s for free.
Remove the virus first, then renew Norton
First turn off System Restore.
Download, install and update Malwarebytes. Then run a full scan in Safe Mode.

then create a new System Restore point when you are sure the malware is removed.
You might try restoring your computer to a date before it got infected. This probably won’t work but it’s worth a try. You might try booting your computer into safe mode with networking and then you may be able to get on the internet and renew your Norton subscription. Another option would be to buy theNorton Antivirus program at a software store, install it on your computer directly and try to remove the virus. I’m guessing that the purchase price in a store isn’t very different than the renewal price on the internet. If all else fails, back up your data files and reinstall the operating system using the system disk that came with your computer.
