i have got the winpc antivirus, i tried to purchase software and due to the virus i cant even load it…..nor can i start the computer in safe mode or add or remove programs……can anyone out there help?
I have a friend that wants me to fix his computer, however i cant remember the name of the software i used to fix my own. I asked a long time ago on this forum on another account. Someone told me to use these two programs, they were free, enter safe mode on my computer and run them. It got rid of all pop ups and fake virus scans. Does anyone know what these programs are, or any other good programs i could use?
I know that I can install things in safe mode but some programs won’t let you run them in safe mode. So how can I run the software to remove the virus if it keeps restarting?
Both of these links didn’t show me anything. Does someone else know what to do and can explain it?
It keeps restarting. I can’t go into to anything like control panel. I can’t even find it in safe mode.
