Click start -> search -> all files and folders. Type in F secure (without the dash). Under advanced options, make sure there’s a check mark for the first 3 (search hidden files and folders, search subfolders, search system folders). Run the search and delete any files that show up.

either clamwin ( http://www.clamwin.com ) and install that and update the virus defintions or avg free ( http://www.grisoft.com ) or avast ( http://www.avast.com ) making sure to update the virus defintions :) hope this helps.

You only need to choose one but it might be an idea to get at least 2 so that you can get a reasonable idea that its removed it.

Short of that do an online anti virus scan at housecall.trendmicro.com

Most programs today have their own uninstall program.
Try START > PROGRAMS > F-Secure (or the name of the program)—-Look for a file that says "uninstall etc" click on it.
    This may do it.

    Good Luck
