Somehow Windows PC Defender Virus got into my computer. It’s blocked all my anti-virus programs from working. I’ve tried downloading Spyware Doctor, but it wouldn’t even let me open that. I do not know how to remove it manually. Does anyone have any other programs that will help me remove this virus? Please help!

defender is the windows anti mal-ware program, not a virus and comes w/ current versions of windows…
unless you got a fraudulent version of either windows or defender ( which i dont’ know how that could be), i don’t really understand your problem…
however, you can go to control panel, windows defender, and select settings and disable it…

You have malware. Download malwarebytes (google it) you may have to download it to a usb if defender blocks it, or, try downloading using firefox instead of i.e. Also, you may have to unplug your internet connection before being able to run it, as malware often relies on a connection to block your other programmes.
