My wife is getting ready to upgrade her Norton anti-virus. Do you know can you get a Norton version that will also detect and clean her pc of spyware?

    Try an online scan at BitDefender.com. If BitDefender finds problems that I cannot fix, post a followup question with details.

    Rather than upgrade Norton you should buy or install a firewall such as ZoneAlarm.
