There could be some causes of this problem: #1: If you have eset smart security (any version) there is a bug where it will disable ALL wireless services (internet, printers, etc.) #2: Just because you have anti-virus doesn't mean your protected. Anti-virus is very unreliable, (at most there is a 20% chance of your anti-virus detecting a virus in a file). You could have picked up a virus somewhere that disables your internet You will have to take your laptop somewhere to be fixed, you have do this and there is no alternative.
