I just put my new computer online and downloaded avg syware and antivirus, I also have ada-ware and spy-bot insalled but I keep getting notices that my computer is infected eventhough I have used all programs and scanned repeatedly. Is there anything else I can do. Also with every warning the same anti virus or spyware programs keep coming up and I am wondering if those sofhtware manufacurers have the virus in there to get you to buy the program.

go to http://www.microsoft.com, update and let that site update your computer
Ignore virus messages! Do not open or download what they call for!

just update them and run them in safe mode also when you run spybot and adaware together you must delete the backup files each makes
Give up using Windows, and install Linux on your computer. Linux is immune to all viruses, malware, spyware and adware.
Linux is a complete operating system that is either free or very cheap ($10-$30) and comes bundled with a huge variety of free software.
The Linux desktop is amazingly flexible and customizable, and anyone who is used to Windows will soon feel comfortable with it – and shocked by how dull their old Windows system looks by comparison! For example, in Linux you can use up to twenty (yes twenty) separate desktop work spaces – Windows only gives you one.
Go to http://www.distrowatch.com to find out how to get all the popular flavors of Linux…
…then do an image search for Linux screen grabs on Google.

i think norton 06 should cure your problems
If I understand you correctly, you have loaded more than one spyware program. Each is picking up the other as a threat.
I suggest you choose one, uninstall the other, the run the remaining programs in Safe Mode.
There’s a good list of free spyware/virus removal tools here, also has some good info on how to avoid stuff like this.http://www.basicspywaretips.com/getridofspyware.html
Spyware can collect many different types of information about a user. More benign programs can attempt to track what types of websites a user visits and send this information to an advertisement agency. More malicious versions can try to record what a user types to try to intercept passwords or credit card numbers. Yet other versions simply launch popup advertisements. While some forms of spyware can certainly be considered malicious, some on the other hand certainly are not, and are more passive in nature by just watching, observing, and collecting information.
I suggest you use a good spyware resource to delete the spyware present on your computer such as :
