Your computer is infected from the Conficker virus. Please download any Conficker removal program on the other safe computer and then install that software program on your computer and scan your computer for the Conficker.

I’m sorry but it seems like one of those supernasty ones I have seen previously. Some of them are pretty much impossible to clean out.

At this point, dont even try to clean it out. Try to backup important things like music, pictures and documents, then completely reformat the hard drive and reinstall the operating system.

    umm system restore
start, all programs, accessories, system tools, system restore choose a the date that your computer was normal

  • Belgariad says:

Try doing a system restore. It doesn’t always get the virus off but you can try to see. Then run a virus scan with your virus scanner. If it is still there you can try using another computer to download the program you need to get it off. If you can find it on the kapersy website. Just put it on a stick and transfer it over to the infected computer.

Many viruses today try to interfere with the downloading of windows security updates and the installation of antivirus and antimalware software. They are designed to interfere with the internet connection. They can block updates, thus making the antimalware or antivirus software almost useless. Some of the viruses are so sophisticated that they can render the new software ineffective during the download and installation process, before you ever get a chance to run the first scan. Malware programs can manipulate and control your computer so that nothing works the way it is supposed to work, and it makes the virus or malicious software very difficult to remove. More malware can download onto your computer while you are running scans to remove it!

You have to run the computer in "safe mode with networking" to remove the problem. Complete instructions, tutorials, and software at http://antivirus-software.tech.officelive.com/default.aspx
