It's somewhat strange that you got infected by Antivirus 2009 - it's an old parasite, which isn't too popular lately. You can probably remove it using Malwarebytes - just scan your system in safe mode. If it doesn't work, try removing it manually:

Yes it could be due to a Virus Infections because Malwarebytes-Antimalware is capable of removing Anti-Virus 2009 (I also removed it using the same application) but it is not capable of removing all types of viruses from the computer.
I think Malwarebytes concentrates more on spywares and malwares etc and it is not a allround antivirus protection.I am taking about the free version of Malwarebytes.

Open the following link. It is a scanner from Microsoft run the free online scan on your computer and the scanner itself will help you to fix the issues which you find on your system.

Run full service scan on your computer and then check. Also the scan takes a lot of time. It took 2 hrs to complete on my computer but it checked the whole computer and fix some registry issues also of my pc. You can also run a online scan from www.eset.com i tried that also and its very easy to run.

kaspersky will do the best for you try downloading trial version at the official website....it is a long procedure but it is the best security by my point of view....if there will be no threat detected...this problem has to do with any registry problem...try running hijackthis it might help...also got to start===>run====>>write "msconfig" check for the last tab writing start up and there you will see a list of softwares that run at start up if you see something doubtful uncheck it ....if none of this works try running registry cleaners
