Go http://www.avast.com then download avast antivirus home edition its free..
You can protect your computer very well with free programs.
You should however not rely on just one program.

But this site does not scan your computer, you will have to install the software and then do the scanning. The first scans will take a long time because the program looks inside every file for malware.
