If I have an anti-virus software on my PC, should I remove it before or after I install a new software?

You should always remove the old program before installing the new one!
- Remove the old program, using Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel.
- Reboot.
- Install the new program.
before
before so it doesnt conflict with the other one
Before.
uninstall the first antivirus b4 installing a new one… yes… because it will use up useless space on the hardrive, and memory…..
Remove the software you have so It won’t clash with the new software. Install the new one immediately after removing the old one.
First You should uninstall the old antivirus software manually using add and remove programs, and then install the new one, but some antivirus software first uninstall the old antivirus software automatically before new setup start.
