I just got system error pop up everytime I just try open up a web site or program.. the msg as follow:
Your computer was infected by unkown Trojan. It’s a dangerous for your system (critical file can be lost)
Click Ok to download the antispyware program to clean your system! (Recmmended)
When I stupid enough click ok.,, A file download with security warning: it pop up a setup.exe file from 89.147.277.195
Does anyone can help me to remove this without wipe out my hard drive.. Thanks

yeah follow these steps cuz my mom and sister have done that to their computers too but used these programs to fix it:
1) go to micorsoft.com
2) in the search bar type "windows defender"
3) click on the first link and download
4) install and run a full system scan
5) then go to: http://free.grisoft.com/doc/downloads-pr...
and download the antivirus u dont need the user manual – its avg its really good for gettin rid of viruses
6) do a scan w/ avg and then after that u can throw away windows defender cuz it is a good program but sometimes it runs scan and makes ur computer a little slower while it does it and avg is better so its just a waste of space after that
note: avg updates itself tabout every 3 days so if a window pops up w/ avg in the corner and starts downloading something when u start up the computer, its fine.
