My computer is severely infected and I need a good antivirus program. I already bought antivirus and that didn’t work. I just paid for Registry Defender, it didn’t work either. What would you recommend? The screen is green and keeps saying severely infected, HELP!!!!
Also, the free programs are free, but, then they say you have to buy them, help!

Avira is a free for personal use antivirus that you can download from Aivra.com.
Disable or uninstall Registry Defender and install Avira.
Then run a scan and it will find the viruses and read the instructions that come with the software. This will tell you what to do with the vriuses.
This should work for you as I am using Avira and find it quite efficient.
You could also download AVG which is also free but I prefer Avira.
