It would be nice, but every user would be using it and would not need anything else. Avast free is my choice for a real-time AV. I also run Malwarebytes, SuperAntiSpyware, Hitman Pro, and a few others depending on the infection. I suggest a security software like Returnil for users who don't want to play the malware game. Returnil is free, easy to setup and use and if something happens you just restart PC and you are good to go again...It cannot get much easier...
