Apparently, my new computer of about a month is infected with some viruses, and i NEED a good anti virus software that i can download for free that can get rid of these viruses.
This help is urgently needed, because i had to pay about 50 for this computer, and my last one basically broke because of viruses. It is not even a month old really. Help please!?!?

you can use avast or avira they’re both free download them and scan your system. If you have any spyware/adware i recommend you use Ad-Aware or Malwarebytes they have working trials on their websites.
That harley is so wrong about viruses breaking computers as my sister had some hacker/stalker who gave her trojans and worms for a couple weeks and by the time she found out her files were corrupted and in 5 days it was totaled and she had just got her computer for xmas which was 10 days before she found out.I wish i knew but i don’t.She now has a nother computer but bought a good anti virus kit at a computer shop and so far no problems.
Avast or Avira both are excellent free antivirus program, with advantages and disadvantages in both. I’m currently using Avira, but before I was using Avast, I changed to Avira because some annoying viruses from the flash drives weren’t detected by Avast, but Avira did.

Did you not learn your lesson when your previous computer "broke?" Did it not make sense to install adequate anti-virus/anti-spyware protection, first and foremost, when you bought your new computer? There is great wisdom in the saying, "The prevention is better than the cure."
First try scanning with Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware and SUPERAntiSpyware. Install, update, then perform scans one at a time, and remove any threats if either find any.

You should consider *purchasing* some good anti-virus software – all the freebies are incomplete one way or another. If you have to get a freebie, the best two choices are Avast! Home Edition and Avira AntiVir Personal. Avast is probably the most complete but still lacks heuristic detection (it relies solely on definitions and generic signatures.) AntiVir Personal is known for it’s high detection rate but lacks a web shield (known as the AntiVir WebGuard and AntiDrive-by.) Only choose one – having two AV’s installed will most probably cause conflicts and a decrease in system performance.

You should keep both MBAM and SAS, but understand, neither will block/prevent infections as neither the free versions include real-time protection. Perform regular scans to double-check that nothing has slipped past your AV.
