AVG is a free anti virus program. Much recommended.

Best one to use is Bitdefender Total Security 2008..you can get the full 30 day trial of that here:

Also I like to use Spysweeper for my spyware. Bitdefender has a spyware program in it but i like to use spysweeper once a week to be double safe…..you can either leave it on 24/7 or do like i do and turn it off to only run it once a week or daily…Bitdefender DOES have the spyware software always running so your safe but you can never be too safe.

These will keep you up and running for around 30 days or so but you should buy the keys to them to get the full version after then.
