Mcafee should provide support for you on how to remove it. I personally use Norton systemworks AND internet security nothing gets thru. With rebates Norton is cheap, if a prior user the rebate is equal to the cost of the software. One problem with Norton it does suck resources from your computer so if you dont have alot of memory it will slow it down my old P3 system had 512 MB New P4 has 2 gb no problem with slowdown

than run ur spyware programs in safe mode
make sure ur spyware programs are updated
