please help me. i got a virus on my computer that wont let me opne up anything on my profile. right now im on my dads profile. i tired scanning the computer but the scans say i have nothing wrong. i use malwarebytes anti malware, and avira. i cant open them up on my profile cauz the virus wont let me without it telling me i have to buy some program. please help me i dont know wat to do. can you please tell me how to fix this with detailed instructions. or if im screwed can you tell me a store that can fix the laptop.

can you rename the malwarebyes file (example xxx.exe then try to open. or go to avira"s website download the rescue cd there its free and comes with its own burner and its very easy to do then run it in your computer after that see if you can run malwarebytes to clean up.
OK. You can do couple of things.
Try to boot your computer in safe mod and hopefully it will deactivate the extra programs including the virus and give you room to do scan and remove the virus.
If it did not solve the problem. Normally I would restore my computer to back date (before the machine got infected) and then run a scan and get the computer back to normal.

Try to open Malwarebytes’ in safe mode and scan your PC that way.
To do that,shut off your PC,then hold down key F8 and restart your PC.
After you get into safe mode,reopen Malwarebytes’ and rescan with a complete (full) scan.
