I purchased Kaspersky Firewall/Antivirus protection. I think from the time my old one expired and me buying this software I got a virus. It will NOT let me load this. Just being laid off of my job I’m looking for a easy solution and not to go spend 0 for someone to manually check my computer. Does anyone know how I can go around it to load and check for viruses in my computer?
Try reformatting your hard drive and reinstalling everything
Try AVG or Avast, both are great programs and are free. Uninstall Kaspersky then install one of these. Then if one of these will load you can use them to check for a virus. If it finds the problem then you can uninstall these and reinstall Kaspersky, OR you can just keep using one of these. I use Avast and couldn’t be happier.
try a system restore back a few weeks then try and install then.
