Go to cnet.com and download a free spyware and anti virus program. If you are already infected and the anti virus program can’t remove them, then Google the virus and try to remove them manually. If that don’t work, reload Windows or whatever OS that you have and start over.
By installing anti virus, for example AntiVir Personal.

Sweetie, you need to be a little more specific. There are 1000′s of viruses and spyware out there. What are the symptoms your computer has, what makes you think you have spyware or a virus? Do you have any virus or spyware protection software running?
Hi Dear,
The best way to remove viruses and Spy-wares from your computer is to have a good anti virus on your system and your firewall is enabled, a good anti virus also takes care of your system’s firewall which protects from spy-wares.. There are many good anti virus softwares are available in market starting from Nortan, Mcafee etc.. I prefer to use Bitdefender Antivirus which is the best antivirus I have ever used, it removes the viruses which are not detected by any other antivirures.Slower to download but best in performance. You may download the free 30 days trial version from bitdefender.com site and see the difference.
Hope that will help you to protect your system in better way.
Have a nice n virusfree net surfing.
You can download a trial version of Webroot Spysweeper for free. It will do complete scans for you but won’t delete the spyware. But can actually delete it yourself by going to the folder and deleting the file that it detects and spyware without ever having to pay for the subscription. Although it will fake a detection and say that it found a pointroll tracking cookie every now and then just to scare you into buying it.
format ur pc…..or get a good antivirus l
Get this Anti virus I have this and its very useful. I’ve been using it for 2 years. http://www.kaspersky.com/
better u reinstall ur operating system, & format ur C drive. after that use a good antivirus,
It’s probably best to simply reformat your hard disk and start over from scratch, horrible as this prospect may be. Since you don’t know exactly what damage the spyware may have caused and may yet cause, I recommend that you do this in spite of any potential losses. I’d also recommend that you purchase some really good antivirus/anti-spyware software, like Norton or something comparable. It’s worth it in the long run so that you don’t run into this problem too often.
