Ok, let me make this clear
You actually fell for the virus, and downloaded a fake antivirus?
You people need to be more careful out there, because theses things will take your money, and it won’t scan you computer, or fix errors, because it’s a virus itself
here, download this
http://dw.com.com/redir?edId=3&siteId=4&oId=3000-8022_4-10804572&ontId=8022_4&spi=972149c464854795ec21325ab5de415a&lop=link<ype=dl_dlnow&pid=11018531&mfgId=6290020&merId=6290020&pguid=y9yBMAoPjAMAADo88aoAAAFY&destUrl=http%3A%2F%2Fdownload.cnet.com%2F3001-8022_4-10804572.html%3Fspi%3D972149c464854795ec21325ab5de415a
Scan your computer, and delete all of the errors that it finds
After that, restart your computer, and it should be good
By the way, if you want a real free antivirus download avg free

Hope this helps
Use a free web-based scan like housecall from TrendMicro. http://housecall.trendmicro.com.
I have used AVG Anti Virus, Zone Alarm Firewall, I have recently added superantispyware and Malwarebytes. They are all free for personal use and I have had no trouble with Viruses Trojans Hackers etc. I have just upgraded to AVG free 8.5 and all seems good so far. Zone Alarm allows a lot of personal configuration unlike the Windows Firewall. They can all be downloaded from http://www.download.com/ I also use Windows Defender from the Microsoft site. It is safe to use two anti-spy products but never use more than one A/V as it can cause conflicts. You should run A/V and anti spy weekly. Hope this helps
Well what you have now is a real virus,it wants your credit card # so it can run up a big bill. This is what you have to do.Go to cnet.com,on top page click on downloads, then on next page make sure your in windows downloads, then scroll down to where you find Malwarebytes’ AntiMalware, and download it to your desktop. After download, shut down all other stuff you have running and install it,do an update and then do a quick scan.Have it delete what it finds. Then go back to cnet.com and find AVG and Avast, read review and pick out only one to run on your system full time and use it as a first line in defense of viruses. And keep Malwarebytes as a second opinion and run it like once a month or twice a month. And no clicking on ads with out google search first.
A Trojan is not a virus nor spyware. It is a separate program used to place viruses, spyware and other infections on your computer.
Some Anti-Virus programs can remove a Trojan in the process of removing the Virus it download, but this is not always the case.
AVG has a anti-virus and anti-spyware program into one security program.
Anti-Spyware programs are designed and programmed to recognize Trojans and remove them.
Malwarebytes, Superantispyware, AdAware are very good at removing Trojans. Just Google any of those names and you will find site where you can get the free or free trial versions.
The other answer recommending Trend Micro Housecall is also a very good option.
