That’s what I want to know. I’ve already used AVG and found over 2000 Trojan Viruses; I thought they were deleted but they’re still somehow in the computer.

Please download and install Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, update it and run a full scan. Remove everything it finds.

After disinfection, download and install Avira AntiVir if you do not have an anti-virus installed.

A trojan horse is an executable program that is designed to disrupt or hijack applications on your computer. The reason why these programs are developed are often to initiate other attacks from more advance malware such as spyware.

You need to kill the process and the dll files attached to the trojan. You need to edit the msconfig and registry to stop it from loading startup. Here is a good tutorial:

Deleting the file is good but here is my suggestion Download a-squared free. Delete the Norton virus as I call it. Also get SuperAntiSpyware and run Both A-Squared Free and SuperAntiSpyware then your computer will be cleaned up. the link to download these is http://www.majorgeeks.com/SUPERAntiSpyware_d5116.html and http://www.majorgeeks.com/a-squared_a%C2%B2_Free_edition_d4281.html

there should be a button on your norton security

    if its DEFINATELY norton
if not it could be something like AV360/AV2009
in which case its a fake warning so remove that… which is a pop up trojan

if it is norton and this is a genuine trojan warning, and u can’t delete it with norton, type the trojan’s name into google and there will be ways to remove it,

or if you can pay, download spyhunter which will detect and delete all trojans and viruses

i have macaffe and spyhunter after i got a trojan and havent had any trouble since

    sorry that was well long!!!

    hope this helped! x

firstly delete norton it takes up loads of memory and doesn’t do jack. run trend micro’s online viruse scanner (look it up on google). then download a program called spybot search and destroy and update then run it and you should be good.

idk! i had the same problem with mine and I went and deleted all the downloaded files on that virus and just got a stopzilla and it seems to be working! so try that if u want

  • Manuel says:

in safe mode F8 run malwarebytes anti-malware and SUPERAntispyware, and what they find you
delete it manually. then run ccleaner to clean your pc, and mvregclean, to clean registry.
what mvregclean find you remove because the key is there but not the file ,folder or program.
even you reformat and it finds anything remove dont be afraid.
dont forget when you install this software to update them, and do an update every day
then restore until before you get infected.
