ComboFix nukes popups on every machine I have run it on. First turn off your anti virus, so it does not conflict with ComboFix.
Download ComoFix to desktop. Click on ComboFix and don’t try to stop it. When you see a white printout page it’s finished scanning. Delete the ComboFix exe from desktop. Next download, update, run A-squared for any leftover Trojans, etc. Next download, run ccleaner and the reg-cleaner in ccleaner…

Being that you have a firewall and anti virus program(hopefully Norton), disable system restore, via control panel, system, then system restore.
Turn system restore off. Do a live update and full system virus scan. If you do have Norton, have it clean all temp internet files, all temp files, and a registry clean(I’ve had norton forever, not sure what others can do,Symantec is great). Systram.dll from what I understand is a malware program. Don’t forget to turn on system restore when you are done with the scan and cleanup. If it started recently after you downloaded and installed a program. Un install it. Further problems, look on your anti virus website you may also have to delete the value from your registry. Could have something to do with music.
