Is the antivirus software you buy on eBay as good as that you buy directly from Semantic. It says they remove the scan bar for some reason. Also Google offers a free "Norton Security Scan" with their service pack. Is this good antivirus protection?

Very very dangerous! those are, or can be loaded with modifications including spywares, adware.

Those also are mostly cracked, refrenning supports from Norton.
Best advice; get the download trait from http://www.symantec.com.
or Mcafee (that one on the simple virus protection is also including firewall and spyware protections for $39/year).

NORTON IS THE WORST ANTI-VIRUS. IT IS NOT WORTH A PENNY TO BUY. If you want to buy an anti-virus buy Nod32. AVG Free is a free anti-virus.
