Hi, I have a virus called vundo trojan. I use symantec antivirus but it can’t detect or delete this virus. I tried VundoFix.exe but it couldn’t removed the whole virus. I used malwarebytes and it removed it all. The next day I did a scan and the virus was back on my computer. If anyone knows a good method to delete this virus it would be nice. I tried Kaspersky and Bitdefender but my symantec dosen’t seem to like it. I need help please!

Thanks

Well if Malwarebytes removed it and it came back

that means its hiding in system restore….so turn off

system restore and remove it again with MBAM.

After checking that it has not come back you can then

turn system restore back on which will then create a

new clean restore point for you.

Please update MBAM before scanning again.

You should use an antivirus program and antispyware software, if your computer is now infected with viruses and/or spyware.

    use manual removal instructions

well it seems to me that malwarebytes hadn’t deleted all the malicious files and vundo was able to reinstall itself because of that. try the manual removal: http://www.spywarevoid.com/vundo-trojan-removal.html
    it’s free and effective.
