Hi I am New Here, But I have to agree anti spyware in http://toptenantispyware.com site, I download the first and second, both have worked for me. I have bought them which gives me Adwatch. It runs in the background and will not allow any changes to the Startup portion of the registry.

On top of that I run registry cleaner software in http://toptenantispyware.com/registrycleanercomparison.htm

Get yourself some Anti-Virus and run it...
If you don't want to buy one, download Avast!. It's free for life, and damn good.
