Go to Microsoft Web Site. Some times Microsoft makes Security Up-Dates that are tailored to the most recent Security Threats. Do a Up-Date search and install. Remember to set your PC to receive and install all new up-dates.
Completely wipe your hard drive and re-load your programming. Then make sure you have protection before hooking into the Internet.
try to reprogram your computer or try avast.com
Trojan Viruses Are hard to get rid of, but Some of the Best FREE Software out there is AdAware Personal. You Can download it from the manufacturers home site: http://www.lavasoftusa.com. Then Go to products and select AdAware. And then click on the Free Download Icon.

k, first find, dowload, and install these two programs: Spybot Search and Destroy. and Adaware. run them. either one of these may solve your problem. maybe not. at the least one of them will identify the trojan. (best to run these in safe mode, but you don’t have to). now at least you have the name. now go visit http://www.majorgeeks.com/ or simply google remove (the trojan name).
trojans are usually easy to remove.
You need to download Hijack this. It’s free and available from Download.com. You must know what you are doing when you use it.

most virus are spread through IE. IE is not a safe browser. you should use a more secure browser to protect your PC from virus.
i recommand you to use firefox with Google toolbar. firefox can block any any popup and disable any virus and adware, spyware on webpage, so, firefox is much safer than IE browser. as you know, most of virus spread throught internet and webpage.
besides, firefox is much smaller than IE, so it run faster than IE.
