Norton is not good at removing spyware

There are so many malware, spyware, adware that a single antivirus program may not necessary be able remove them all.
There are also procedures that you may need to observe like turning off Windows System Restore temporarily, cleaning in Safe mode, Updating your Windows and applications, etc.

go to control pannel then add and remove programs once that loads find it and it will have a button that says delete or change and press delete

Both Norton and McAfee were not able to catch hundreds of spyware infections, leaving me with two system infected.
