it wont allow me to download any virus removal. i dont even have background or any icons on desktop. i can get on internet by using the start button. message asks if i want to continue unprotected, or start security tool. this tool will not work {spyware.IEmonster activity detected}

    Try PC restore for Windows. Restart and hold down the F11 key. It restores it like new, except that you will lose all files that is not saved.
