Download the newest version of Spybot Search and Destroy. Install it, update it, run the scan then immunize by following the prompts right after installation. After the spyware scan make sure you have an up to date anti virus running. If you do not go to www.download.com and search for "AVG". This is a low-resource, free, very highly acclaimmed anti-virus. Download the newest AVG Free Edition and install it. If you have alteady tried these there are 2 other programs that I can swear by. I have seen these two remove things no other program has: http://www.superantispyware.com is amazing. I was skeptical, but am a believer now. Set your computer back a few days. Go on Help And Support - And you'll see set your computer back to another date. Go 5-8 days back.
