   All of these are ones that I personally use and all are free.AVG may remove it.

   Since we dont have the specific name of the virus, but we know its named nebular, here is a site with removal tools for the virus/trojan youre looking for:

   try taking off system restore and running ur virus scan in safe mode.

   Install an anti spyware and scan the PC. I can give a few links that offer free virus and spyware removers…! Norton, AVG , Avast are free antivirus software. Ad-aware, Ewido are free spyware removers. You can download free softwares at
