Why do people always ask for this AFTER they get a virus?
You can try downloading many virus programs that can kill most if not all. But not all of those work very well. What you can do is backup your data and delete all your hard drive including your OS and install the OS again and put the data back in.

be careful of keyword loggers and backdoor trojans. They are especially nasty. Lots floating on those file sharing sites like irc and limewire.
