My advice is, to uninstall the one you don’t trust and keep the one you trust, then run again the scan and whatever the results are. trust it.
All of them are free, as powerful as paid programs, like Norton and McAfee, and don’t use up as many resources.
Just boot into Safe Mode (Press F8 when turning on the computer) and run full scans.

Some anti-virus program may identify another brand anti-virus program as a virus.
I saw a news where this company is current been sue for anti-competitive practise for wrongfully target competitors products as virus.
