if you know the location and cant remove it and it says you have to remove it manually and you tried but could not do it. then what you need to do is restart your computer in save mode and locate the file then delete it. if you do not know how to start up in safe mode just send me a message and I will gladly walk you through it.
try programs like spybot, adaware, windows antispyware, also avast free.
Install Linux
It’s free and faster than Windows and you have the opportunity to do lots of stuff manually

hi, firefox is much smaller than IE, so i run faster than IE.
firefox can block any any poppus and disable any virus on webpage, so, firefox is much safer than IE. as you know, most of the virus is spread throught internet and webpage.
