Hi,
I am not trying to scare u but it is a very tedious procedure. It happened to me as well and this is how i cured my sytem : –
I registered at forums.us.dell.com and then post in the hijack this section. You will have to download a free software called hijack this and run it. The software will generate a log and u will have to post this log at the forums in the hijack this section and there will be some one who would definately help u. U can trust them coz they are pro’s.
Frankly speaking, it is better to format ur pc and reinstall windows coz it is a very time consuming tedious procedure.
Hope that helps.
Thanks.

Ok heres the thing with spyware, trojens and adware(let call them junk for the rest of this dialog) there is no one program developer that can take care of them all free or not. I know there are tons of programs that say they do, but its not true. It takes alot more work to find, classify, and remove this junk than it does to create them; and there are more people making them than working to get rid of them. Does that mean that there is nothing we can do? No, a good defense is a good offense in this situation. First you need a firewall. A firewall is like the front door to your house, you let in and out what you want but not what you don’t. So when junk comes a knockin you can close the door and keep it out. Now there is some clever junk that still gets in, thats where anti junk programs come in. Like i said before there in no ONE program developer that can get rid of them all. So you should use at least two. But doesn’t that get expensive you say? No, lucky for you and all the other tight wads out there some of the best programs are free, yes free, as in no yearly fees, one time fees, ect… I know this because i’ve tried alot of them myself free and not free; and the best were free.(in my experience) Well thats it, just remember to keep them updated. Oh yeah below are the links to some free programs(and descriptions of). Download, install, update and run them all and you will be junk free.
Ad -Aware= http://www.download.com/ad-aware-se-pers...
spybot= http://www.download.com/spybot-search-de...
zonealarm= http://www.download.com/zonealarm/3000-1...
Ccleaner= http://www.download.com/ccleaner/3000-21...
p.s. these are all free and don’t take up allot of processing power unless your using them.
P.S.S. Ccleaner also has a registry cleaner that can fix alot of damage junk could have caused.
I suggest that you try to carryout system restore to a day previous to the day when there was no virus or any problems. It may be a few weeks or months back. You have to decide the date. Detailed instructions are posted at http://fixit.in/systemrestore.html
The problem is likely to be solved. Then,You insatll a standard antivirus soft ware such as Norton, AVG , Avast ( free antivirus software and Ad-aware, Ewido ( free spyware removers). You can download free softwares at
http://fixit.in/antivirus.html and http://fixit.in/spywareremover.html
What you are describing seems a very serious issue.
This is because you seem to have been infected with both viruses and spyware.
If you don’t have a lot of important documents on that computer I would backup everything valuable on cds and then format and reinstall a clean copy of windows.
If you do have a lot of data and you think it would be a pain to backup and reinstall, then I suggest you do the following:
1. Do Windows updates
2. Install AVG antivirus and scan your computer
3. Install Spybot search and destroy and scan your computer
Good luck!
