Buy a Mac and your troubles will be over. PC computers such as Dell, Pentium, or IBM are always loaded with viruses.

YOU MUST REMOVE IT!

If your anti Virus or fire Wall will not remove it you are looking at a complete, new, re-installation of the Operating System and all software!

Start by copying your files to a folder, then copy the folder to a CD/DVD.

If you have only one hard drive, buy another on, the smallest size, in GB that you can find. Cost is less than $80.00.

If you have only a Recovery disk and not a Full version, install disk of your operating system, you must buy a copy of your operating system with a registry number. You cannot reinstall with a recovery disk!

Disconnect your computer from the Internet

You need to delete all partitions on your hard drive. The create 2 new partitions, one should be 25GB. It is better that you delete the partitions and reformat your old drive. When the system ask you where to install windows, you point to your new drive. Create 2 partitions on it, one = 20GB, and install your Operating System on that drive.

Reinstall motherboard drives and utilities, all software and drivers. Install Anti Virus and Fire Wall. Then connect to the Internet. Go to http://www.microsoft.com and let this site update your system with all SP, Security Updates, IE7, Direct X 10.

Do not store any of your work/data files on the same disk with your Operating System! If you only have one disk, then store them in a different partition.

The above assumes that the G:\ drive is the bootable CD-ROM drive and the A:\ drive is the floppy disk drive.
DOS4GW.EXE is a required file for Active@ KillDisk, Active@ UNERASER and Active@ Disk Image.
