My laptop is affected with trojan horse virus, im uanble to login messenger and bank related sites. Could you please tell me, how to remove the trojan horse virus from my laptop ?

If you suspect your laptop is infected and you try and log in to a bank site then you are mad!
The only way to be 100% sure you’ve got rid of this virus is to format the harddrive and reinstall Windows.
P.S. On your new install don’t work as admin. It’s working as admin that leads to this kind of situation in the first place.

look dude.. use a good antivirus program like avast or kaspersky etc… it wil find d viruses n evn delete or repair those files…
if the virus is a realy bad one, u ll have no option but to make a back up of the data which is imp and format the windows
if you dont have an antivirus program go download avast antivirus for free and register. you should download avast home edition which now includes antispyware, antirootkit and antivirus

oh thats a rotten luck! well i had mine(but its a pc) with the same trojan horse…and well i was able to scan and ramove it…but then after a few days it got slower and slower..then the day came that it will not reall work because it will ony reach the window billowing in the screen and then it will restart to end just restarting again when it reached the waving window..
but that was perhaps4 months ago so maybe a VERY VERY good antivirus program will give the solution…i think eset is very good..

I would suggest you get multiple virus programs if you want your best change of getting rid of the virus.
Head over here http://www.safer-networking.org/en/download/index.html and get Spybot Search & Destroy.
Then go over here and get Ad-Aware http://www.download.com/Ad-Aware-2007/3000-8022_4-10045910.html
Update these both, then do full computer scans.
That should get rid of the Trojan, but if it doesn’t:
Download HijackThis http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en-US/_download/HJTInstall.exe (its the direct download link)
This is the ABSOLUTE BEST software that you can use to get rid of viruses, you do a scan, save the log and then get a expert to look at it. The expert will tell you what to delete from your log and then your good to go.
