I am not Mr. Everything Knows in computer but when I am in that kind of situation I usually format my computer. I know I know…ouch…losing your files. But for me thats the safest path. If your looking for free anti viruses theres AVG and AVIRA ANTIVIR…I don’t think these softwares will help you a lot when your computer is now running really slow.
