Buy Kasperspy internet security, those help alot and its very cheap to
most computers have a factory reset. it will restore the computer to when it was strait out of the box. this will delete all your data though
You can do a free online scan by going to one of the big security sites.
I recommend this URL. http://www.pandasecurity.com/activescan/index/?track=91287&Lang=en-US&IdPais=63
But you can go for any of these as well.

Well, the best bet would be to boot up with a CD that allows access to the computer without letting the built in operating system to be running. In that way, you may be able to salvage any photos or even email if you are willing to do it. A copy of Ubuntu Linux would do it, as well as one that can be made from this site: http://www.ubcd4win.com/ These will let you save your data files to say a USB storage device.
So, if you have the CDs that came with you computer, you should be able to recover to the same setup you had when you received the computer. Most factory supplied CD restore teh computer to as delivered condition. Some may allow a repair, and I would just go ahead and try to do waht ever they allow you to do. Hey, you cant lose if you don’t try.
Another technique that might work is if you have a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) on your computer. This would have the official Microsoft 25 digit key needed to reload windows, if you had the windows XP disk. If you have Windows XP Home, you would need a windows xp Home installation disk and the key from the COA. If you had Windows XP Professional, then you would need to borrow a windows XP Pro installation disk, and again you could use the key on your COA. There is an issue with how new teh windows install disk might be, I know that computers as of rigght now have been updated through service pack 3. I know that an install disk with serivce pack 1 wont work, and I’m not sure about one that had service pack 3. The reason I’m bringing this up is that if you had a disk with say service pack 3 on it, you could perform a repair of you computer which would preserve any data and any software you have installed on it. Other wise, you would be faced with doing a so call clean install, starting from scratch. If you have knowledgeable friends, and an XP disk, you could build an XP disk with Service pack 3 on it with a technique called slipsteaming. That is explained in various places including the Microsoft web site.

And I can help you more with this. And you must have a firewall and a decent antivirus program installed from now on. E
if your computer is now infected with viruses and/or spyware.
You should use an antivirus program and antispyware software.
