Trojans are usually spyware and not viruses so your standard anti virus software wont remove it.
go to http://www.download.com and download Adaware SE Personal and also Spybot Search & Destroy..both are free and work well.
If you have a legit copy of Windows and all the updates are done regularly you can also go to http://www.microsoft.com and download Windows Defender…using all three of these progs will sort out 99% of spyware issues on your pc

Look up the viruses file name on your antivirus software’s site. If you don’t find anything, email tech support. If they don’t have a solution, try downloading Adaware and Ccleaner from http://www.download.com. Install those, and run them both in windows safe mode.
