Every five minutes I get this pop up that says "Your computer is at risk and WARNING Attack Detected" It keeps on and on and on every five minutes or so and my Windows Vista keeps popping up wanting me to buy spyware and anti-virus programs.

I wouldn’t do spyware but you might have a worm in your computer, if you get a trojan horse detected then you have a virus a nasty one at that. Try getting McAfree it has been great on my laptop.
