I had a virus and it’s popping back up now and again
I also keep getting popups and ads randomly on pages and also loading up in new internet explorers (see link http://img139.imageshack.us/img139/4527/popupnv2.png )

Also, some of the popups are trying to get me to download spyware software (i already have some). I know full well of this being a scam as it is a trick by the hacker when he drops a virus in to drop stuff in to make you buy the stuff to get software which will "supposedly" remove the spyware.

Whilst typing this, it has reopened myspace i.m and 3 chatrooms without me telling it to do so.

anti virus – Comodo
Anti spyware – AVG

Can someone PLEASE tell me what the hell this virus is! i’ve scanned and scanned and i keep getting attacked by stuff and its pissing me off.
For your information, in regard to the c++ one, it closes the explorer taskbar at the bottom and then reloads it a few seconds later

Also, internet explorer is slow

just wondering

if this really solves the virus and spyware problem without having to buy expensive software and it’s not one of those anti virus companies that make the viruses themselves
those who preferanother anti-virus program tell me also please tell me another free anti-spyware program that everyone trusts

Yesterday,I bought a new SATA of 160GB.I downloaded AVG 7.5,Comodo BoClean.I have Windows XP Service Pack 3,IE 7 and WMP 11.Today,I downloaded Malwarebytes.What do you guys prefer-Malwarebytes Or BoClean ?Thanks in advance for your assistance.I have Win Firewall Enabled.

I can’t afford tp buy an expensive anti-virus.. I need one for my new pc.

My computer was infected badly by 48 or more viruses, It said worms, spyware, adware, malware, ect and I could not get an add to buy virus security protection off of the screen. I am not very computer savvy nor have alot of money, and need my computer back as I am having to borrow a friends computer. What is the easiest way to clean off my computer. Do I neefd to buy a new hard drive? Can not afford the 100 to 150 staples wants to charge me to clear the virus. Please help me, simple instructions please. I still have the cds that came with my computer.

In the past week, I have been having spyware and pop-up problems on my computer. I want to just erase EVERYTHING and start from scratch. If I run the backup program for my computer and erase everything and restore it to its original condition, will this erase viruses and spyware?

ok so, i have a bad virus problem and i have the blue screen of death everytime i try to go on…so im forced to use safe mode…the only thing that sucks about safe mode is that i can use sound…is there anyway to get sound on safe mode?? and also is there an online scanner that can scan my viruses and remove them for free so i dont have 2 buy a stupid program just to remove the viruses/spyware??

when i click on internet explore it is sending me to a buy spyware page. it also has added 2 little sheilds on my tool bar. i have trieds to reset my home page in internet options. i have tries to right click and delete them, i’ve tryed to look in add and remove programs??? what do i do. i dontr have a virus cause i have ran that. this same thing happened to me on my lap top. i watch alot of movies so is it possible for it to have been trapped in one of those. somebody help me!!

My brother downloaded a game demo and it made my computer slow and now im getting pop ups to buy antivirus and anti spyware protection. The pop ups are gone now after i used AVG but now on the bottom right corner of my screen it says that my computer is at risk and that i should download a certified anti virus and spyware protector. How do i get rid of that because i know that eitehr spyware or a virus put that there. I used spy-bot search and destroy but it didnt find anything and i used AVG which cured the pop ups but im still getting the same sign. So what should i do now and should i go into safemode? please help and fast

I’ve tried 3 spyware that didn’t work. Zone Alarm, Webroot and PC tools.

I get all of these popups from anti-spyware services all the time telling me I have spyware and that I should buy from them to clear the problem……I do get alot of unwanted popups that I never use to get, including porn stuff that I don’t want any part of. Why is it doing this and what can I do?

there are some more affects:
In My computer, C: has been hide( it didn’t lost), i can’t change display background…. it hide something in Start menu like: control panel, all programs, help and support, run….

i already have avg antivirus and ad-aware se personal, i have already remove some threats by using it.. but when i scan and use spyware doctor, there are still lot of threats that were not remove from the se personal and avg. the problem is, spyware doctor is only for free scan, and cant remove threats unless you purchase it.
but i want a spyware that is really FREE and can completely remove threats that wasn’t remove in avg and se personal.

what best anti spyware will i download for free????
