Cant Remove Spyware/Virus Used Adware ,Mcafee, Avg ,Spybot SD. I ran them all in safe mode as well. I keep getting a pop up. What should I try next. I run Vista.

whats the last bit of software you installed? IE not the spyware removal stuff.
Try uninstalling that and erasing its directory etc from program files when it has been erased.
Make sure your on the administrator account when running spybot etc too.
Installed any toolbars recently or ‘video players’, uninstall them too.
In spybot goto Tools – System Startup
