no it cant, turn off system restore, then go to http://www.download.com and get Zone alarm, install it and run it, it will get rid of the trojan, then reboot your pc and and it will all be good.
usually not. you should use a combination of a good antivirus and a good spyware program. SPYBOT S&D is good with Trojan’s but any antivirus software worth its salt that is up to date should be able to find and remove it or tell you how. some good free ones are AVG Free edition or Avast.
